No step at the threshold
A building for small tenants should also be barrier-free for its human visitors — on screen readers, keyboards, small screens and slow connections. This page keeps the running table of barriers and what removed them.

When a threshold still trips
Somewhere this table has a missing row, and reporting it is a kindness: [email protected] with 'access' in the subject goes first in the ledger and gets a fix — or an honest date for one — within two business days. The table is re-walked on the same schedule as the rest of the building, and thresholds only ever get lower.
